NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, Case No. 2014-CA-009769, in which SRP 2013-10, LLC, is Plaintiff, and William Rettler, Unknown Spouse of William Rettler, Unknown Spouse of Rose Dennison, Rose Dennison, Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Doreen Rettler, Unknown Tenant #2, United States of America/Department of Treasury-Internal Revenue Service, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Defendants, the undersigned Clerk will sell the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Lot 1, Block 50, Tampa Overlook, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 17, Page(s) 2, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 am on the 24th day of February, 2015, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com.
