Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 4, 2009, in the above styled cause, in the County Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida legally described as:
UNIT 622, RIVER OAKS CONDOMINIUM I, PHASE III, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 52 AMENDED BY CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 16, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 29, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM IN O.R. BOOK 3615, PAGE 1906, THROUGH 1997, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 3668, PAGE 1025, O.R. BOOK 3719, PAGE 1969, O.R. BOOK 3763, PAGE 1803, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
