NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 22, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-008063, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff and RAUL CASARES A/K/A RAUL T. CASARES; HERITAGE AT TEMPLE TERRACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE N/K/A MIKE HICKS; JANE DOE N/K/A LORETTA HICKS, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 9th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 505C, BUILDING D, OF HERITAGE AT TEMPLE TERRACE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 17223, PAGE 199, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
