NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 16, 2014 in Civil Case No. 12-CA-008530 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN TRUSTEES, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEES, SETTLERS, AND BENEFICIARIES OF THE MARTIN REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST , JOHN ALMAS, CHERYL ALMAS, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3rd day of February, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 12, Block 59, TAMPA`S NORTH SIDE COUNTRY CLUB AREA UNIT NO. 3 FOREST HILLS, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded n Plat book 27, Page 51, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
