NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2014 and entered in Case No. 13-009465 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein SPACE COAST CREDIT UNION as servicer for Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta is the Plaintiff and Jerry L. Ball and Pamela O. Ball are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M on FEBRUARY 3, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 7, Block A, ADDITION TO SUMMIT GROVE, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 30, Page 31, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
which currently has the address of 2923 52nd Street North, St. Petersburg, FL 33710 (“Property Address”):
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than Property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
