PATE A/K/A GRACE RAE PATE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARLENE WEAVER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIE WEAVER, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, BRENDA CAMPBELL, DARLENE HUNTER, SALLY ISBELL, MARLENE WEAVER, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRENDA CAMPBELL, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DARLENE HUNTER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALLEN HUSTON KENT, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SALLY ISBELL N/K/A BRYAN ISBELL, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Estate of Gracie R. Pate, a/k/a Grace Rae Pate, deceased, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3rd day of February, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The following property located in Hillsborough County, State of Florida: Beginning 25 feet West and 125 feet South of the Northeast corner of the Southwest of the Northeast of Section 25, Township 28 South, Range 21 East, run thence South 100 feet, thence West 165 feet, thence North 100 feet, and thence East 165 feet, to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
