NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 16, 2014 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-011304 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and ROSETTA MOSS JOHNSON F/K/A ROSETTA J. MOSS, DAVID JOHNSON, ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF BILLY L. JOHNSON A/K/A BILLY LEONARD JOHNSON, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIANA JEWELL, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANNY JOHNSON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROSETTA MOSS JOHNSON F/K/A ROSETTA J. MOSS, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY- INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, DIANA JEWELL, DANNY JOHNSON, DARLENE JOHNSON, DEBORAH LEVESON, DELORISE O`DONNELL, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID JOHNSON N/K/A MARILYN JOHNSON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DARLENE JOHNSON N/K/A MICHAEL A. DARNELL, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEBORAH LEVESON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DELORISE O`DONNELL N/K/A RROBERT O`DONNELL, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Billy L. Johnson a/k/a Billy Leonard Johnson, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3rd day of February, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The North 50 feet of the East 118 feet of the South 182 Feet of Lot 9, and the South 67 Feet of the East 118 Feet of the North 134 Feet of the South 316 Feet of Lot 9, in the RIVIERA SUBDIVISION, according the plat thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 45, said lands situate lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
