NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 15, 2014 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-013449 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and JUDITH ANN TAMARGO, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE ESTATE OF MATILDE HUESCA A/K/A MATILDA HUESCA, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MATILDE HUESCA A/K/A MATILDA HUESCA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUDITH ANN TAMARGO,, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Matilde Huesca a/k/a Matilda Huesca, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2nd day of February, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 5 and 6, of Block 58, of MACFARLANE`S REVISED ADDITION TO WEST TAMPA, as per map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 30, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
