NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 16, 2014 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-013041 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and NEIL KENNEDY KEEN, KAREN L. GAY A/K/A KAREN LOUISE GAY A/K/A KAREN GAY, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THOUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE ESTATE OF NEIL KENNEDY KEEN, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS., KIM S. KEEN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KAREN L. GAY A/K/A KAREN LOUISE GAY A/K/A KAREN GAY, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE , UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Donald W. Gay, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3rd day of February, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
A portion of the SE of Section 36, Township 27 South, Range 22 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, described as follows: Commence at the NE corner of the SE said Section 36, thence S 89 degrees 56 minutes 29 seconds West along the North line of said SE a distance of 528.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence South 00 degrees 12 minutes 44 seconds East 990.0 feet, thence North 89 degrees 57 minutes 37 seconds East 528.00 feet to the West line of said SE thence South 00 degrees 13 minutes 50 seconds East along said West line 996.76 feet, thence North 89 degrees 53 minutes 10 seconds West 709.46 feet, thence North 00 degrees 12 minutes 44 seconds West 734.93 feet, thence North 89 degrees 47 minutes 16 seconds East 359.00 feet, thence North 00 degrees 12 minutes 44 seconds West 40.00 feet, thence South 89 degrees 47 minutes 16 seconds West 359.00, thence North 00 degrees 12 minutes 44 seconds West 1209.83 feet to said North line of said SE thence North 89 degrees 56 minutes 29 seconds East along the said North line, 181.50 feet to the point of beginning. Said parcel containing 20.01 acres.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
