NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 17, 2014 in Civil Case No. 29-2011-CA-013791 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-21 is Plaintiff and WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION N/K/A WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., BOBBY D MCINTYRE, KIMBERLY D MCINTYRE , UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, WATERFORD AT LAKEVIEW HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4th day of February, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
