NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 16, 2014, and entered in 14-CA-008846 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-OPT1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OPT1 is the Plaintiff and ROBERT A. WOLFE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT A. WOLFE are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 03, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY SITUATE IN THE CITY OF RUSKIN, COUNTY OF HILLSBOROUGH, AND STATE OF FLORIDA, TO WIT:
A PORTION OF LOT 2 IN BLOCK 5 OF CAMPUS SHORES SUBDIVISION, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 2 IN BLOCK 5 OF CAMPUS SHORES SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO MAP THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32 ON PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA;
RUN THENCE NORTH 6° 46' WEST ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 2, 50 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING CONTINUE THENCE NORTH 6° 46 WEST ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 2, 145 FEET TO THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF LOT 2;
THENCE RUN SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 2 TO THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 2;
THENCE RUN SOUTH 23° 44' ALONG THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 2, 80 FEET; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY IN A STRAIGHT LINE 126.9 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
