NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 16, 2014, and entered in 2013-CA-005921 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and ALEJANDRO ACEVEDO; ARIANA ALVARADO; PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS, INC are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 03, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

THENCE LEAVING SAID SOUTHEASTERLY BOUNDARY AND CROSSING SAID LOT 16, RUN NORTH 12 DEG. 13 MIN. 58 SEC. WEST, A DISTANCE OF 97.25 FEET, TO A POINT ON THE NORTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY THEREOF;
THENCE RUN NORTH 66 DEG. 19 MIN. 49, SEC. EAST, A DISTANCE OF 11.90 FEET, ALONG SAID NORTHWESTERLY.BOUNDARY,ยท TO THE NORTHERNMOST CORNER OF SAID LOT 16; THENCE RUN SOUTH 08 DEG. 24 MIN. 44 SEC. EAST, A DISTANCE OF 100.00 FEET, ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 16, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
