NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 16, 2014, and entered in 14-CA-008211 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”), is the Plaintiff and MARGERY A. OLSEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARGERY A. OLSEN; SUN CITY CENTER WEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A KINGS POINT WEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; FAIRFIELD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 03, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL NO. 144 OF FAIRFIELD “F” CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3452, PAGE 1494 AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AND C ONDOMINIUM BOOK 2, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
