NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 19, 2014 in Civil Case No. 12-009903-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff, and ANTHONY P. FASULO; WENDY A. FASULO; EAGLES' RESERVE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC; BOOT RANCH NORTH ASSOCIATION, INC.; AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A DANIELLE GOULETAS; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A VANESSA LEONARD; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A.; BOOT RANCH MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; SM RESTORATIONS INC., DBA SERVICE MASTER 24 HOUR; MALVIN LAMBERT/LAMBERT'S SERVICES; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on February 2, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 167, OF BOOT RANCH EAGLE WATCH PHASE C REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 109, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
