NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 19 December, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-011329-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Champion Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and Robert J. Kell as the Trustee of the Pauline T. Bergen Revocable Trust, Unknown Tenant(s), Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 5th of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 809, ROYAL STEWART ARMS CONDOMINIUM NO. 5, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INITEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R.
