THENCE CONTINUE N 89°43'55” W, A DISTANCE OF 80.62 FEET; THENCE N 00°04'10” W, A DISTANCE OF 156.00 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY BOUNDARY OF BEARSS AVENUE; THENCE N 89°55'50” E ALONG THE STATED SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY BOUNDARY OF BEARSS AVENUE, A DISTANCE OF 80.62 FEET; THENCE S 00°04'10” E, A DISTANCE OF 156.47 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
