NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 22, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-029115, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2006-HE1 TRUST, ASSET BACKED FUNDING CORPORTATION ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-HE1 (ABFC 2006-HE1), is Plaintiff and SUSANA PENA; RICARDO PENA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 9th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 2, 3 AND 4, BLOCK 5, OF HILLSBORO HIGHLANDS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 16 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
