NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 2012-CA-014013-CI in which, U.S. Home Ownership, LLC, Plaintiff, and Eric Blue; Unknown Spouse of Eric Blue; Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County; Ishera M. Davis; Terrance Hadley; Gregory H. Seckler; Viera Vorasarn; Angel L. Wade; Unknown Tenants in Possession #1; Unknown Tenant in Possession #2, Defendants, and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described on the following described property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 1, Block 4, Shadow Lawn, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page(s) 94, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
a/k/a 2001 45th South, St. Petersburg, Florida 33711 (“Property”)
Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto, the Clerk of Pinellas County, will offer the above-referenced real property to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 18th of February, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
