Final Judgment was awarded on December 23, 2014 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-009494, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, J.P. MORGAN ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-S1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, BY PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION AS SERVICER WITH DELEGATED AUTHORITY UNDER THE TRANSACTION DOCUMENTS is the Plaintiff, and VIRGINIA DUMONT ROSENBERG; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VIRGINIA DUMONT ROSENBERG; HAMILTON PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF TAMPA, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

UNIT NO. 15, HAMILTON PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 41 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREAFTER, RECORDED JUNE 24, 1986 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4845, PAGE 64 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
