LOT 10, SUN COAST ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 34, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3928 15TH AVE SE, LARGO, FL 33771; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on February 17, 2015 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
