LOT 3, NATIVE WOOD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS AND EXCEPT THE NORTH 122.69 FEET OF THE WEST 199.48 FEET AND LESS AND EXCEPT THE SOUTH 115.04 FEET OF THE WEST 165.96 FEET, TOGETHER WITH AND SUBJECT TO AN EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND UPON THE NORTH 30.0 FEET OF THE SOUTH 115.04 FEET OF THE WEST 165.95 FEET THERETO.
and commonly known as: 5 STILES LN, PALM HARBOR, FL 34683; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on February 19, 2015 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
