NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 23, 2014 in Civil Case No. 29-2013-CA-008434, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, U.S BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2003-HE4, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-HE4 is the Plaintiff, and HELEN SWINK A/K/A HELEN JEANETTE SWINK F/K/A HELEN J. BAZUCKI; JAMES SWINK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES SWINK N/K/A SUZANNE SWINK; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
