NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-007307, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and DAVID W. VINING A/K/A DAVID WAYNE VINING; MELODY L. VINING A/K/A MELODY LYNN VINING A/K/A MELODY M. VINING A/K/A MELODY MACIAS VINING; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court, PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 24th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
