NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2014-CA- 001842 in the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR TO LASALLE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE LXS 2005-2 TRUST , Plaintiff, and, SUK TAE KIM, DECEASED, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 23rd day of February, 2015, the following described property:
LOT 29, BLOCK B, FAWN LAKE- PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 83, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC REGORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
