NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 13, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-014202 Div. N of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit, in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, where in BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff and GEORGINA BECERRA, GUILLERMO BECERRA, CLERK OF COURT, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GUILLERMO BECERRA, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on March 3, 2015, beginning at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, to wit:
The part of the E 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 4, Township 29 South, Range 21 East, Hillsborough County, Florida. Said part being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at railroad spike marking the apparent NE corner of SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 4; Run thence South (Assumed Bearing) along the East boundary of said SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, a distance of 43.04 feet to a point; Thence N. 88 degrees 57'40” West a distance of 30.00 feet to an iron rod on the existing Westerly right-of-way line of Dover Sidney Road, said point being the point of beginning; Thence South along said Westerly Right-of-Way line (which line is parallel with and 30.00 feet West of said East boundary of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4), a distance of 192.74 feet to an iron rod; Thence N. 88 degrees 57' 40” West a distance of 113.00 feet to an iron rod; Thence North 192.74 feet to an iron rod on the existing Southerly Right-of-Way line of Downing Street; Thence S. 88 degrees 57'40” East long said Southerly Right-of-Way line. A distance of 113.00 feet to an iron rod and the point of beginning.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
