NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-011365 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Harborview Mortgage Loan trust 2005-9, Plaintiff and Helen Lorraine Buelow, Surviving Joint Tenant of Mary Jane Harrison f/k/a Mary Jane Gannaway , Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 2, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 231, DEL PRADO IMPERIAL UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
