NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 09, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09-022419-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and ANTHONY D. BRANCH, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell, Ken Burke, to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 120, OF LAFAYETTE SQUARE, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5254, PAGE 550, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE FILED OR RECORDED; AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS AFORESAID; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OF INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
