YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, CLEARWATER KEY ASSOCIATION - SOUTH BEACH, INC., herein in the following described property:
All that certain Condominium situated in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, being known and designated as Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 107, SAND KEY CONDOMINIUM - SOUTH BEACH I, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 14, Pages 83-89 inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4055, Page 1076, et seq., Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto. With the following street address: 1400 Gulf Blvd., #107, Clearwater, Florida 33767.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant, Greenberg & Sinclair, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 2-16, 2015, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
