CONDOMINIUM UNIT F-2 BUILDING NO. 107 OF PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON, VILLAGE I-#2, A CONDOMINIUM PHASE XIII, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5802, PAGE 1894, AND AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT NO. 5 RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5842, PAGE 1203, AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 78, PAGES 29 THROUGH 35, INCLUSIVE, AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 79, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS PERTAINING THERETO.
has been filed against you and you are required to file a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Shikita Parker, McCalla Raymer, LLC, 225 E. Robinson St. Suite 660, Orlando, FL 32801 and file the original with the Clerk of the above- styled Court on or before 30 days from the first publication, otherwise a Judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Second Amended Complaint.
