NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15, 2014 in the above-styled cause, KEN BURKE, Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on February 18, 2015, the following described property:
LOT 41, OF HIDDEN MEADOWS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
This Notice of Sale shall be published for two (2) consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER FL.
