Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated January 6, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 52-2011-CA-008221, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES, INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-R8, UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 1, 2004 is the Plaintiff, and JEFFREY S. GEARHART, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 5, THE HAMLETS AT WHITCOMB PLACE, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 90, Page 10, of the Public Reocrds of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 19th day of February, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
