DORSETT; CRYSTAL M. DELAWARE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A TOM ELKINS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 06, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, IN BLOCK 6, SHORE ACRES BUTTERFLY LAKE REPLAT-UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 37 AND 38 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
