NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-007962 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2007-1, is Plaintiff and Todd R. Chamberlain, et al., are Defendant, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 18th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK A, LAKE ST. GEORGE-UNIT VI, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 85, PAGE 70 AND 71 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 3907 LAKE SHORE DR., PALM HARBOR, FL 34684-4210
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
