NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12th day of January, 2015 and entered in Civil Action Number: 2014-CA-004561-O in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, Clerk of the above-entitled Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder, or bidders, for cash, via the Internet: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 13th day of April, 2015 the real property described as follows and as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure situate in Orange County, Florida:
