NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed 9th day of December, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-001287-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE FOR LVS TITLE TRUST I is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING INTEREST, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST JOHN E. PRICE A/K/A JOHN EARL PRICE, DECEASED; JOHNATHAN PRICE; SAMETTA DAUGHERTY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 10th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, FOXFIRE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
