NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 1, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-007072-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 2nd day of February, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 82, SOUTHCHASE PHASE 1A PARCELS 14 AND 15, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 132 THROUGH 138, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
