NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 8, 2015, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-025057-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon F/K/A The Bank of New York as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the Benefit of the Certificateholders of Popular ABS, Inc. Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-5 is the Plaintiff and David W. Stanley; Huckleberry Fields Homeowners Association, Inc.; Suntrust Bank; Fictitious Spouse of David W. Stanley; Unknown Tenant Occupant are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 12th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 113, HUCKLEBERRY FIELDS, N-1A, UNIT 11, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
