U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Trustee for BNC Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-2 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-2, Plaintiff and ALPRINA ANDERSON A/K/A ALPRINA PORTER; DWAYN C PORTER A/K/A DWAYNE C. PORTER; ET AL, are defendants. LESS From the Northwest comer of the NE 1/4 of Section 21, Township 20 South, Range 27 East, in Orange County, Florida, run East 440 feet, thence South 1179.2 feet; thence East 195 feet, thence North 10 feet to the point of beginning; from said point of beginning continue North 55 feet, thence East 78.4 feet, thence South 55 feet, more or less, to a point East of the point of beginning, thence West 78.4 feet to the point of beginning.
