NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 08, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-005557-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITY COUNTY CREDIT UNION OF FORT LAUDERDALE, is Plaintiff, and NICOLE L. DEBROSSE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit no. 11 of Building No. B, which is set out in the Declaration of LAKE TYLER, a Condominium, and Exhibits annexed thereto, filed the 12th day of November, 1979, in Official Records Book 3066, Page 1831, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, Together with an undivided interest in the common elements declared in said Declaration of Condominium.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
