NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10001389CA of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank National Association As Trustee For Structured Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan Trust Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2005-15, is the Plaintiff and Joseph A. Amick Aka Joseph Amick; Sylvie A. Amick; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. As Nominee For Bank Of America, National Association F/K/A Countrywide Bank, Fsb F/K/A Countrywide Bank, National Association and Section 23, Property Owners Accociation, Inc., are defendants, the County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in, Charlotte County, Florida at on the 29 day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
