BETTY J. PERINE; and any
unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above-named Defendants,

The Clerk shall sell the following property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on February 20, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
LOT 7, BLOCK 2753, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 33, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 35A TO 35F, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
