Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 12, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida described as:
LOT 44, BLOCK 526, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 20, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 2A THROUGH 2Z42, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 27048 SAN JORGE DRIVE, PUNTA GORDA, FL 33983; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on June 5, 2015 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
