NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13 day of January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 1400635CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and WERNER FROMM, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES AREA CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC., AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 9 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 41, UNIT 83, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 22, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
