THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-16, Plaintiff and GUILLAUME PETIT-HOMME; MARIE A PETIT-HOMME; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; FLORIDA GOVERNMENTAL UTILITY AUTHORITY; defendant. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, SALE BEGINNING AT 11:00 a.m. on this 11 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
