NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 7, 2015, entered in Case No. 11-3441-CC in the County Court in and for Collier County, Florida wherein Waterways at Naples Homeowners Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Yvonne Fields, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 11:00AM. on February 9, 2015 at: Lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 201, WATERWAYS OF NAPLES, UNIT SEVEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE(S) 72 THROUGH 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
More commonly known as: 1035 PORT ORANGE COURT, NAPLES, FLORIDA 34120.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
