Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on February 9, 2015, at eleven o'clock, a.m. in the lobby, on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 96, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 63, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly described as: 2882 41ST AVE NE, NAPLES, FL 34120; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein.
