NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-004492 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Bruce E. Miner, Individually and as Trustee of the Bruce E. Miner Trust, Dated September 20, 2005 and Janet M. Miner, Individually and as Trustee of the Janet M. Miner Trust, Dated September 20, 2005 are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on February 9, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 1117, ST. CROIX AT PELICAN MARSH, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3776, PAGES 2841 THROUGH 2974, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
