NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Non Jury Trial of Foreclosure dated October 10, 2014 entered in Civil Case No.: 13-001853-CA of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, Dwight E. Brock Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3rd Floor Lobby at the courthouse Annex located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 am on the 9 day of February, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 131, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 82, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
