SIMS; DARLENE SIMS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY UNIT 1; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY UNIT 2; DARYL DAVIS, AS TRUSTEE OF K.M.D. ENTERPRISE; are defendants.
