NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 6, 2015 in Civil Case No. 41 2014CA000666AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and SIERRA FARRIS , CHARLES FARRIS, SIERRA FARRIS, CHARLES FARRIS, JR. A/K/A CHARLES R. FARRIS JR., WILLOWBROOK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10th day of February, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 4305, Building 43, Phase No. 11, WILLOWBROOK, A CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 2187, Page 2990 and as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
